WHAT IS TOP-UP/CONVERSION PROGRAM?

Conversion Program

Are you thinking about a career change but don't know how to get started? Perhaps you've reached the end of your academic journey, but your area of expertise no longer excites you? Our broad range of postgraduate conversion courses could help you on your new path.

What is a conversion course?

Irrespective of what subject you studied for your undergraduate degree or if you have been out of education for a while, these postgraduate courses are an opportunity for you to gain the additional knowledge and skills that you need to change direction or pursue a new career.

Is a postgraduate conversion course right for you?

Fast-track a career change

The variety of new skills and expertise you gain could allow you to improve your job prospects and increase your chance of securing work in a different field or gain that promotion in a new area.

Completed your undergraduate studies

A conversion course is right for you if you have decided that your degree area is not the field you want to work in and you need to develop expertise and knowledge in an alternative field to help you to pursue your chosen career.

Interested in a new subject

If you have developed an interest in a new subject which you want to explore further and potentially embark on an academic career researching in a new field, a conversion course is your way in.

Our conversion courses

The courses listed below accept applications from graduates with an undergraduate degree in a wide range of disciplines. Other eligibility criteria may apply, see course entry requirements.

Our postgraduate conversion courses in nursing require 500 hours clinical experience in addition to an undergraduate degree in any subject.
